NCC
National Cadet Corps is a Tri-Services Organization which engaged in grooming the youth of the country into disciplined and patriotic citizens. The National Cadet Corps in India is a voluntary organization which recruits cadets from high schools. The Cadets are given basic military training in small arms and parades.
The NCC aims at developing character, comradeship, discipline, a secular outlook, the spirit of adventure and ideals of selfless service amongst young citizens. Further, it aims at creating a pool of organized, trained and motivated youth with leadership qualities in all walks of life, who will serve the Nation regardless of which career they choose. Needless to say, the NCC also provides an environment conducive to motivating young Indians to join the armed forces.
At Good Day Defence School, we take pride in fostering not just academic excellence but also nurturing qualities of leadership, discipline, and patriotism. A cornerstone of our commitment to holistic development is the National Cadet Corps (NCC).
The students are trained and have attended the camps which are organised by the NCC from time to time. Our students follow the Motto of NCC which is unity and discipline. NCC in school plays a pivotal role in shaping the character of students by infusing the values of patriotism, service, discipline and hardwork.
